After placing an online order, the acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Meizi Pte. Ltd. will only be completed when you receive a confirmation email from us. Subjected to actual stock availability, items orders may be replaced with alternatives subjected to a verbal or written confirmation with you. For items that cannot be replaced, we will contact you to give you the option to cancel. If payment has been made, you will be refunded the amount paid. Each batch of goods may differ due to manufacturing constraint. In the event if you are not satisfied with any products, you may inform us within 3 days after delivery. The product must be unused and in its original condition.

The price of any product will be quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. Customers have the option to check out in Singapore SGD or any other currencies.

If a customer's debit/credit card is not denominated in the other currencies, note that the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day the payment platform processes the transaction, as determined by the card issuer.
